The holiday season at the Disneyland Resort brings magical entertainment, sparkling decor, festive foods, specialty merchandise and of course, amazing seasonal attractions!
The holiday season at Disneyland kicked off this year starting November 8th and will continue through January 6, 2020. You can expect to see all of the great holiday decorations, lights, parades and enjoy the festive atmosphere, as similar to years past, at Disneyland, California Adventure, Downtown Disney and at each of the Disneyland Resort Hotels.
Disneyland:
During the holidays, Disneyland Park comes alive with fanciful decorations and enchanting attractions. In addition to all of the classic attractions Disneyland has to offer, be sure to check out some of my holiday favorites below getting a holiday twist:
Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle
Sleeping Beauty Castle is decked out in icicles, wreaths, and festive decor. Each evening, gather to watch as the castle shimmers to life with snow and thousands of twinkling lights and music filling the air.
A Christmas Fantasy Parade
A holiday parade featuring all of your favorite Disney characters, Santa Claus and classic Disney holiday music.
'It's a small world' ride holiday version
Sail through the world and see joyous yuletide traditions and messages of goodwill from around the globe set to classic Disney holiday music. Be sure to see the outside facade during night as the holidays lights are fantastic.
Haunted Mansion Holiday
Tour the haunted mansion featuring a Christmas makeover courtesy of Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Believe...In Holiday Magic Fireworks:
Watch on Main Street for the best views and for the "snow" at the end of the fireworks

Then, after St. Nick returns to the North Pole, enjoy a fun, festive meet-up in this same location with Santa Goofy from December 25th through January 6th.
Princess Elena’s Grand Arrival
Witness the pomp and pageantry as Elena of Avalor is officially welcomed to Disney California Adventure Park. Then get ready to meet Elena in person for pictures, autographs and more royal fun!
