Review: Fairfield Inn by Marriott Anaheim Resort
At the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Anaheim Resort you'll find a colorful, themed hotel that offers great value, a convenient location across from the Disneyland Resort and wonderful amenities that include a pool, quick-service dining, and kids game room.
Hotel Overview
The Fairfield Inn Anaheim is a hotel you stay at because of its location in relation to Disneyland - it is pretty much a hop, skip and a jump from the front gate. While the overall exterior and style of the Fairfield Inn reminds of a motel (outdoor hallways), the renovated rooms are more than good enough to make up for that.
When it comes to selecting a place to stay at near Disneyland, you can’t get any closer unless you decide to stay at a motel across the street or one of the three Disneyland Resort hotels, where you will be paying a lot more.
Accommodations
The Fairfield Inn has 467 newly renovated Disney-inspired rooms featuring contemporary styling and all of the modern conveniences you’d expect from a Marriott branded hotel. Bedding options include queen or king beds and a pull-out sofa/chair.
Hotel Amenities Include:
The Fairfield Inn is conveniently located near the Disneyland Resort and is approximately a seven-minute walk to the front gate of Disneyland Park. Although not part of the hotel, as you make your way to Disneyland there is a Panera Bread and a McDonald’s on the way in case you need to fuel up for your day at Disneyland.
When we have stayed here for our Disneyland trips, we know what to expect and feel that it is one of the the best value hotels close to Disneyland.
Lastly, one thing to note is that even though the Marriot brand standard for Fairfield Inn hotels is breakfast for everyone, you won't get anything here. And if you have hotel status with Marriott, you won't really get any other benefits at all.
In other words, you stay here for the convenient location, Disney-inspired rooms and cheaper rates than other comparable hotels.
